Speaking of OSGi: The Spring dm Server project moves to Eclipse.org. [1]

"The license will change from the current (largely) GPL license, to the 
Eclipse Public License (EPL)"

According to the ASF Legal FAQ [2], EPL software "may be included in 
binary form within an Apache product if the inclusion is appropriately 
labeled".
