Probleme bei der Installation von Lenya

Problems during installation of Lenya.
When I start the build process I get the error message that the file
appendcp.bat is missing.

After I added appendcp.bat I get an error message
in Kupu.

I delete Kupu in modules and the build process runs.

Is this the right way to install lenya?
Would not it be better to delete Kupu and add appendency.bat ?
