RMLL Meeting

I've received funding to come to the RMLL meeting. I need to get tickets 
booked, but it looks like it's best for me to fly right in and out of 
Bordeaux, and I should be getting in on the 5th and leaving on the 12th.

Florent, I was funded for staying in one of the student rooms. What 
needs to be done for me to stay there?

Where are others staying? Depending on the cost, I may be able to stay 
at a hotel or B&B.
