JCR implementation

Hi,

This is a short resume about jcr of meeting chat. 

JCR seems to be an "have to" for Lenya. 

The problem pointed out is that this is the conclusion of the last
meeting, but nothing have be done until now. 

So we will try to define a roadmap for integrating jcr (and other ideas).
But - as Richard says - the point is : "Who will do it ?"
