patch for org.apache.lenya.cms.workflow.usecases.Publish

Causes: ERROR usecases.workflow - Could not commit/rollback usecase
[workflow.publish]: 
java.lang.NullPointerException
    at
org.apache.lenya.cms.site.tree2.SiteTreeRevisionVerifier.eventFired(SiteTreeRevisionVerifier.java:33)

Because the publish uscase creates an event not associated with a document. 
This is the source of the NPE.

A patch is attached.
