Logo update

Can someone please update our logo to include the trademark TM symbol? 
This is so that we can be compliant with this:
http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#graphics

I'm not entirely sure what the best source image to work from is. My 
guess is this SVG version here:
