I think webdav is working again. Tested with cadaver and davfs2 mount on Linux.

Mainly, it was due to an error raised in the precondition check of the 
DocumentUsecase class, when the source document parameter of the usecase is 
missing. To implement the WebDAV equivalent of a directory listing, the class 
Propfind.java has a "documents" parameter instead, a list of all document 
children of the node in question.

The current workaround is good enough for the moment, I believe, but in future 
this issue needs to be resolved.
