Simplify mod_proxy_ajp setup in docu?

Hi Lenya devs,

I suggest that we simplify the mod_proxy_ajp setup in our documentation [1]:

* Don't strip publication ID in authoring environment => only one <Location>
* Provide authoring access only via SSL
