yes, as soon as we are confident that they work correctly.

There are a few issues I'd like to address:

1) Some last TinyMCE patches.

2) https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42893

since I see this problem rather often. I have a preliminary patch for this, but

may be related.

3) https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=50031

This may be non-issue (a user error), but since it is reported to show up during 
installation on Windows, we should adress it.

4) webdav 

There is one extra patch necessary to make webdav (sort of) work better, and on 
Windows XP as well.

Note that it doesn't work very well - I made the minimum change to get it to 
work. IMO this needs a major effort to get it right.
