I had this remark into the install-SRC file. Maybe it's sufficient ?

I also remove the install-bin and a bin related remark README.

As this is just some cosmetics, and the vote say ok to release, yep,
just go to the next step  !

Maybe we have to resend a freeze-announcement, as we vote after this
announcement...
