Lenya Wiki access problems

Hi,

I've just received a message telling me that it is not possible to download the 
attachments of the Wiki page

   http://wiki.apache.org/lenya/HowToInstallTinyMCE3.x

It looks like all actions related to attachments are disabled; e.g. the page

   http://wiki.apache.org/lenya/ProjectPoweredByLenyaButtons

refers to its attachments, but they are not visible.

Does anyone know what happened?
