November 2014 report concerns

Hi Lenya PMC,

The Board had some concerns with your November 2014 report.
In particular one director wondered why software releases
aren=E2=80=99t occurring over the last 3 years if PMC members
are involved, and also wondered why questions aren=E2=80=99t being
answered. Another director was interested in the fact there
there had been no commit activity on the project for 11 months.
