ok, see this information we need from the start so we can advice
better. 

Does the firedocs pub have 

<map:match pattern="*/**.html.meta">
<map:generate type="lenyaMetaData"
src="lenya-document:{page-envelope:document-uuid},area={1}"/>
<map:serialize type="xml"/>
</map:match>

If not add it first there and try to request the pattern. That should
return you a xml doc with all known properties.
