well, I am offline quite often though, although I recently flew Delta 
and they had wireless at 30K feet which was quite amazing though,
so agreed it becomes less frequent, but I know companies which have 
"offline builds" as a requirement (in the case of emergencies), because
if the internet is not accessible, they still want to be able to rebuild 
and use it
