ok, I now see that Firedocs is distributed under the Apache License 2.0

(IIRC it used to be based on GPL or was it always the Apache license 2.0?)

So, yes, I think it would make sense to include it within module, since 
I guess that doesn't make much difference, because it currently
is downloaded everytime anyway and I think it's actually good to have it 
based on a specific version.
