What is your purpose of doing the backup and restore? If for disaster 
recovery purposes, just backup the directory. To recover, shut down 
Lenya, restore the publication directory into the pubs directory, then 
start Lenya. If you want to copy data, you should do an export, followed 
by an import. However, I'm not sure the status of our export tool.

Right now, migration from previous versions is a manual process. Going 
from 2.0.2 to soon to be released 2.0.3 will unfortunately require a 
couple of changes as well. This is something we need to do a better job 
with. 2.2 is not fit for use at the moment.
