you might want to check out this module:

http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/lenya/contributions/2_0_X/modules/importer/

It migrates content from Lenya 1.2 to Lenya 2.0. You'll have to alter 
the code to match your content structure, but at least you'll have a 
working infrastructure to run the import task, create the site 
structure, write the documents etc.
