Voici un email explicatif afin que vous ayez un maximum d'informations
pour que votre venue aux RMLL se déroulent au mieux :-)

Important :
En avant propos à tout, je vous rappelle que les RMLL ne prenaient pas
en charge votre logement et vos repas. Donc si vous avez oublié de vous
inscrire et d'acheter les prestations qui vont bien (repas, nuités etc),
allez-y VITE : https://reservation.rmll.info/account/register/

S'enregistrer est aussi le seul moyen d'avoir un accès wifi sur site !

3. Accueil et formalités pratiques

L’accueil central sera aussi localisé à l’ENSEIRB-MATMECA. donc tout est
simple : vous allez à l’ENSEIRB-MATMECA. et vous pouvez récupérer vos
pièces (tickets chambre etc).

Our theme is on the ENSEIRB-MATMECA site. The room for all the sessions 
will be : Amphitéâtre A (150 seats)

Hardware : beamer and white board.
*No computer is lent for your presentation*, please use your own computer.

3. Welcome and practical things

The central welcome will be at lÂ’ENSEIRB-MATMECA, so everything is
simple : you go to lÂ’ENSEIRB-MATMECA and there you will be able to get
your food tickets and nights staying.

4. Refund

Please give us all your travel tickets and bank account nimber so we can
refund your travel expense if they have been approuved.
