Problem in creation of Multiple content editable areas in single page

Hi,

I created a module which is working like tinyMce editor, Now i want to 
invoke the multiple editable areas in a single page.
Means when we edit something on one section, it will not effect the rest 
area(sections) of the same page.
One more thing, this way it demands for different content folders in 
same publication, is it feasible to have multiple content folders?
How can i achieve this functionality? Any suggestion?
