*Steps to reproduce*:
* On author instance, login with “eric”
* Go to Asset app, publish an asset
* Login with “superuser”, go to JCR Tools and verify the asset info

=> *Expected*: mgnl:lastActivatedBy=eric
=> *Actual*: mgnl:lastActivatedBy=superuser

*Note*:
- Does not support in case using scheduler activating since it is schedule task and executed by superuser
- The property "mgnl:lastActivatedBy" will not update in Public instance is current behavior of our system. Activation metadata is currently irrelevant in Public instance.
