- Add "version" to the list of available commands in the output of "mgnl help".

- Allow a more natural "mgnl -v" combination rather than the existing "mgnl -V".

- The "mgnl -v" could also show the version of the node.js parent package, something like:

Magnolia CLI 2.1.0 (@ node.js v6.10.0)
