OpenCms 13 - Workplace freezes after undeployment of module

Hello everyone,

We have a problem with OpenCMS 13.
In a custom module we have a Jar file that will be deployed in the LIBS
directory. When I delete the module via the OpenCMS Workplace, the
workplace freezes and I can only call it up again when I restart the
server.
In the OpenCms log file i get the error (excerpt).

I do not know any behavior from older OpenCMS versions. From version 13, is
it no longer possible to put Jars in a module? Or is there more of an error
in the development of the module?
