Getting v14 up and running

Hello good people.

 

I have been following the
https://documentation.opencms.org/opencms-documentation/template-development
/creating-a-template-jsp/ to try to get a template up and running, but no
luck. When hitting the right click menu and choosing "Display" it only
delivers a blank page.

 

From the Quick Launch menu the Page editor and Sitemap are grayed out.
