Configuring Opencms with haproxy and tomcat

Formerly I had a configuration apache2->tomcat->opencms (paid certs for the apache frontend)
Now I would like to change that to haproxy->tomcat, (now Letsencrypt certs with haproxy serving the ssl side)

Does anyone have a similar setup and can give configuration help?
