Custom contextmenu item on Sitemap view ?

Hi

Is it possible to a custom context menu actions on navigation levels in
Sitemap view?

My context :
I have declined a new folder type for navigation trees, but I cannot
"create child page" on it in Sitemap view. I must use header tool with
drag&drop.
I'd like to have the default item tool, enabling default navigation
sublevel creation, and a custom one enabling custom navigation sublevel
creation with my social folder type.

How to do that?
(I'm on OpenCms 13)
