The type list configuration is not configured to be createable in this site

Hello.

 

The above message appears when I mouse over the wand in
http://127.0.0.1:8080/oc/workplace#!list-management . It's a fresh OpenCMS
16 install.

 

Any ideas anyone? See attached image.

 

Installation is Tomcat 9, MariaDB and OpenCMS 16.
