Hello Atle, it seems as you have a general issue with creating scaled images on your installation. Like in your other post regarding the static exported images, it seems as if the image scale does not work, and this one is used for the gallery preview pics and the exported images that have the "_somenumber" part in the filename. OpenCms integrates image processing tools that rely on Java AWT. In most Linux distributions Java AWT is available by default. If you run a purely headless Linux system, image processing will not work and Tomcat has to be started with the additional command line argument `-Djava.awt.headless=true`.
