Ramon, the SQL-Konsole in the Launchpad (Lauchpad -> Database -> SQL Konsole) is only available for user which have the "Root-Admistrator" role. There are no further restrictions there, unlike the "old" SQL-Console that war part of the VFS Doctor module before OpenCms 11. There, you could configure which SQL commands were allowed or not. This is not possible right now.
