ah, now I see what you mean.

On devices with a small screen like a smartphone, the buttons on the 
left side of the toolbar are collapsed under the "three points" right. 
As I never use OpenCms on such devices, this was unfamiliar to me.

So, on a "normal browser and computer" you should not have this, on 
which kind of device (browser and computer) do you get this. I assume 
some Apple devices.
