Reinstall a module with WEB-INF/lib export point

In OpenCms 10.5.4 or earlier versions, when installing a module that includes export points to WEB-INF/lib, it's enough to remove the export point in order to prevent the libraries from being deleted. This way, the Workplace doesn't break and the environment remains functional. I've noticed that in later versions, this behavior has changed: even if you remove the export point to WEB-INF/lib, it still deletes any libraries that are not included in the new version of the module.

Is there any way to prevent this in the newer versions?
