follow closely the directions in the Unofficial HowTo for redhat.  take 
into account your different version.
you might consider upgrading your server to redhat9 then the install 
script will work.

add_remove_ogo.pl -P install

looks like postgresql is installed.
after if you run the script again, you need to use the -P switch to skip 
the
postgresql install process.

you need to change the $version variable for your apache.
