Agree, as I noted at the top of the thread there is Bug#1274 which talks
specifically about the support of the Outlook IM field. 

I don't have access to a ZideLook box at the moment, but I'll check what
Outlook is stored in there when I get a chance.  I *suspect* it assumes
their messaging service or is just plain text,  but that is just an
assumption.  

What to do in respect to supporting the Outlook field vs. other IM
methods, depends on what Outlook is doing. :)
