Agree, as I noted at the top of the thread there is Bug#1274 which talks specifically about the support of the Outlook IM field. I don't have access to a ZideLook box at the moment, but I'll check what Outlook is stored in there when I get a chance. I *suspect* it assumes their messaging service or is just plain text, but that is just an assumption.
