Evolution 2.8 Calendar and Exchange issues.

Help,

I am trying to convert to using Evolution 2.8 to replace my Outlook
Email and Calendar readers.

When I originally setup Evolution on my CentOS 5.0 system, I was able to
see the mail on the Exhange server and the Events in the Calendar.  But
when I moved messages around in Evolution and then exited, when I got
back the messages had not moved.  I set the synch local option on and
now the messages stay moved, but it looks like they are all coming local
instead of staying on the server.  Is this the only way to keep the
Outlook and Evolution sync'd?

Next, when I originally setup, I could see the Calendar appointments on
the Exchange server, but after exiting and the coming back in, now every
time I select the the calendar, it looks like it is trying to connect on
the status bar, but it never retrieves anything and then it unselects
that calendar.

Where can I find the correct configuration documentation for Evolution
2.8?
