Hi Everybody, I'm trying to build OGo from the sources on a PC, Pentium III, running Mandrake 9.1. I followed the instructions carefully, installing all required packages before start, including: GNUMake v 3.80 obtained form gnu.org flex and bison from Mandrake's installation disks gcc-3.2.3 from Mandrake's installation disks PostgreSQL and headers from Mandrake's installation disks Apache from Mandrake's installation disks Zlib Dev pack. from Mandrake's installation disks OpenLDAP from openldap.org After that, I built ThirdParty stuff with results OK, checking the success of operation as indicated on OGo website. The only thing that complainted was 'libical', which at the end of 'make -s install' in a section referred to tests, said that there were no rules to build 'libicalss' or something like that. Since the check for success was passed, I went on through the rest of the steps without trouble. Then I finished Third Party stuff and continued with SOPE which built succesfully (skyrix-xml/core/sope) and after that came to the problem: when building GNUstep Database Library I got a message like: ../common.make no such file or diretory and the same for some other files named *.make so the 'make -s debug=yes install' does not succeed and therefore cannot go on.. Could anybody help me with this? Thanks a lot for your time. Best regards. Ariel Robaldo -- OpenGroupware.org Discussion [email protected] http://mail.opengroupware.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
