Or noone. :)  Just a suggestion to anyone reading who has skills and is
so inclined.  There isn't a reason someone has to make a new theme from
scratch;  which would rightfully seem very daunting.

Ok, I've got the demo of InstantOGo ASE installed in VMware.  Where can
I stick this rather largish file?

I've never played with InstantOGo before;  very nice theme for the
installer.  

But 
(1) keeping basically the default postgresql.conf file seems
unreasonable.  Since the contacts and enterprises applications
especially cause lots of sequential scans [substring searches don't use
indexes] anyone with a reasonable amount of data is going to have pretty
miserable performance as the tables will basically roll through the
buffer pool, defeating the point of the buffer pool.
(2) isn't the timezone in postgresql.con supposed to be set to GMT?
