Well, of course the table would need an OGo sequence number :-) Thats  
easy (default PG value which fetches a value from the sequence).

It doesn't even have to be the primary key, just some key (a unique  
one unless you want to share an ACL between entries).

Creating a note with the ACL was what I was actually referring to.
