Does OpenGroupware support Unicode character set?

Hi, 

I installed OpenGroupware on Redhat 9.0. and I'm suppurised the fuctionality of it. 

But there is big problem for me. Since I'm Korean. 
When I type Korean in OpenGroupware, it turned to unreadable characters. 

Is OpenGroupware support the Unicode charactor set? 
If it does, how can i set for Korean?
