Newbie Question concerning virtual domains and authentication

I've installed Opengroupware on a machine that I use for other web sites.

If I go to http://mydomain.com/CMA2/html/ I am prompted for a username and
password for Skyrix Realm....any ideas what may be causing this and how I
may remedy?
