Hi OGW looks to do pretty much everything we need it to do. However we need to be able to call up a company or a contact and add notes to them. The example would be that Mr X phones up about a product and the call taker would log what was said against that user. It would be helpful is the system automatically enterer the data and tiem of the call followed by some text box to enter text.
