Not really.
What do you want to use OGo for?
Do you need a web interface for your Exchange (which version BTW?) or 
do you want the added functionality in the web interface.
Or do you just want to use ZideLook and Exchange side-by-side (which is 
no problem)?
What do you already have in your folders, just contact data?

At least you can access Exchange mail folders using the webmail client 
(since Exchange can do IMAP4).
