ZideStore: "could not perform request !"

Hi

Ogo is working with the Web UI.
But when I try to access the ZideStore server, using i.e. a link like
this one: http://<servername>/ogo/zidestore/so/<username>/Calendar with
appropriate servername and username, the response is "could not perform
request!"

This is the output of ogo.log :
