perhaps clearing cookies in your browser cache may address the dual cookies

do you have the watchdog running? (re: WOWatchDocEnabled Yes in your start 
script....see below)

hmm..nice, cookies doesnt seem to matter here.

I think your init script is not set properly (see below)
