Yes, OGo has a simple CMS yet somewhat powerful CMS system called Publisher which is used for generating both, the OGo as well as the SKYRIX website: http://docs.opengroupware.org/Members/thomas/publisher/index_html/view Of course you can also embed OGo functionality in almost any other portal like server due to the exposure of the OGo methods using XML-RPC. Besides that, small portals are easy to write using the SOPE application server, eg the SOPE/skyrix-sope/samples/iCalPortal contains a small (and incomplete) example of a portal for hosting iCalendar files.
