website translation

The first thing I wanted to do is to transalte the website, but I'd
tried the same process to get it by CVS than for OGo :
cvs checkout www, (as written in the page but I can't get it :( )

so if someone can tell me how to get the website to be able to commit a
french translation.

For the moment, I'll try to translate the interface of OGo.
