Since this is an OGo list I will try to keep my comments general. Like with 
any integration of applications, look at what is needed and what is missing. 
In short what does one application need that another provides. Wrt these two 
applications, certainly zope/plone could benefit greatly from OGo calendaring 
and schedulling capabilities. But this is not an easy task and requires 
extensive zope/plone/python skills. The OGo part is easy via xml-rpc and 
zidestore. Best to learn the basics of plone and zope then address this 
problem.
