Kelley, Firstly, let me say that I agree with Helge, and that simply having OpenGroupware.org on a banner in appropriate colours is fine for the moment. Of all the logos that you've done, the one that appeals the most as a banner is "Celebrate". That having been said, I think it would look better with a (smaller font) ".org" on the end. I have to admit that the "Candy Button" looks absolutely stunning, but I'm not sure whether it would work on a printed banner so well? I'm personally against the use of Penguins in the logo - while OGo is a linux-only application at the moment, the entire Open nature of the product means that it might, one day, be ported to *BSD or whatever.
