I'd have to agree with Adam here. Workspace does seem
to make more sense for the general purpose area that
are currently called projects. Many people have the
idea in their heads (myself included) that "projects"
are specific multiple tasks with a specific outcome.
From the online dictionary at dictionary.reference.com

# A plan or proposal; a scheme. See Synonyms at plan.
# An undertaking requiring concerted effort: a
community cleanup project; a government-funded
irrigation project.
# An extensive task undertaken by a student or group
of students to apply, illustrate, or supplement
classroom lessons.

I know I was somewhat confused with OGo projects,
until Helge explained it.

As Adam suggests, maybe the name should be changed to
Workspace or Workarea....

Thoughts?
