I would guess that most have somewhere between 15-50 users. I agree with the others that have said that it depends on your point of view as how you interpret the labels. So just to express how I would think would be a logical arrangement (perhaps only done through labeling not code) is this. Workspace - An area within the system to group related information together. This information might be projects, discussions, documents, etc Project - A set of tasks that are needed to accomplish a set goal. Tasks may reference information in the workspace. In fact this is quite similar to what already exists, with perhaps user-confusing labeling in some cases. I think the only potential difference is that currently using a project as a forum (aside from issues like threading), looks to be a little bit heavyweight in some instances. For a general discussion about topic X, creating a project with start/stop times, and/or all of the other required information seems to be a bit more overhead than what a user expects when they just want to start a new discussion. Perhaps though by predefining some good workspaces (using my definiitions from above), this could/would be relatively transparent to the users and they will mainly be creating new threads of discussion.
