It does not have such a feature.  BUT if you are using it in conjunction with
Cyrus IMAPd (a good thing to do) you have all of Cyrus' shared folder support; 
this is a much better and more powerful way to have threaded discussions than
any web applicaiton can provide - you simply use your IMAP mail client (or
OGo's IMAP mail client).  Cyrus provides very sophisticated mail filtering
(server side, at time of delivery), robust access controls, and the ability to
read and post to shared folders anonymously.
