On the top-right, Click the Link called "Praef" or "Praeferenzen" or 
something like this. Then you get to the preferences panel. Click on 
"Anzeige" (=Display), it should contain a popup to switch to 
"Englisch".
Then press "speichern" (save) on the bottom.
